Tough for Ecommerce Companies in Kerala Market

It is really tough for E commerce companies from other states to sell their products here now.  The state tax norms have been strengthened.  Courier companies have lost major chunk of business as Kerala is a huge consumer state.  The online shopping trend was growing very fast.  Now the Kerala based E commerce businesses can also market only within Kerala.
Its a blow to all e commerce ventures in Kerala.
